There care my pet received here was exceptional — but I do need to speak to someone in a managerial position about some concerning behavior of a staff member. Is there a separate number to call? I don’t want to take up the emergency line.

Call the main number and ask to speak with the person who is in charge of staff. The Dr tends to have their hands full with medical issues regarding patients . Call and ask for the person who handels staffing. Hope all works out for you

Call main number & ask for whom owns the emergency vet clinic. And ask to speak to them. I believe it is the older lady vet. Very nice lafy

I don't know. But, what l would do is just the same number you have and ask for the manager. If your concrrn is serious enough? You can email the State of Florida Licensing Department and file your complaint or call them and ask them for the name of the person who holds the license and their contact information.
