If you are looking for a shoe store with a "soul" look no further. I recently purchased a pair of shoes at the Palm Harbor Redwing location. I had some minor concerns a few weeks later and stopped in to ask a few questions. This is where a had the good fortune to meet Nick. A seasoned hard nosed steel eyed, veteran, with an apparent degree in customer service. He stated I wasn't leaving the store until I was completely satisfied with my purchase. At this point Shane said hello and provided Nick some information about my purchase, greeted me by name and had a complete recall of the original purchase. The rest is academic, all my questions were answered, Nick finally permitted me to leave after I convinced him I was completely satisfied and all was good. This was like going back in time, living a small friendly community where everyone knows you. I will frequent Redwing as long a they continue to hire the same caliber people as their shoes.

Visited my local Red Wing store asked about a boot to see if they had it in stock the associate told me that the style number i was looking for had been on back order for months due to manufacturing delays but told me I could call surrounding store to see if they had them in stock. So i called about 6 other stores which all told that it was either on back order or just out of stock. Decided to call up Palm Harbor where i spoke to Nick, he told me that they unfortunately did not have the style number i was looking for in stock. But that he could take down my number and call other stores to see if they had any. Nick called me back in about 15 minutes saying he had found a pair in Georgia and could get it to me by the end of the week. Decided to add a second pair since i’ve had trouble finding that particular style number here in Florida. Nick was able to get me 2 pairs of boots in less then an hour. I will definitely be calling back in the future if I need another pair. If you ever visit Red Wing shoes in Palm Harbor be sure to ask for Nick goes above and beyond to get you what you need.

This store and their associates are the best. They were very knowledgeable and patient trying to find the right boot and fit for my husband. We ended up buying two pair. Nick was the associate that explained everything in detail to us. And got the right fit. He was awesome! I had dealings with another Red Wing Store in the past and they never explained anything. This store is the best and we will definitely becoming back. Brett Benson
