I went in today to purchase a pole saw. My husband has been in Texas for 3 months for work and I need to cut down some palm fronds in the front yard. I had no clue how to put the pole saw together nor how to use it. I asked the manager Liam for help and I explained my circumstances and without a hesitation he put the pole saw together for me, puts some oil in it and explained how to use it. Home Depot, Lowes employees would have never gone up and beyond as Liam did. I can’t thank him enough.

I made my first visit and purchase here, on Sunday December 19, 2021! I was inquiring about purchasing a Blower and Hedge Trimmer. The two Harbor Freight Associates that assisted me, were top notch. Jeff and another associate gave me pointers on maximizing the value of my money for the merchandise I was interested in purchasing. I have been shopping at Harbor Freight Tools for nearly 20 years and on this visit, I must say, that it was the best interaction I have had with two great employees at this Palm Harbor, Florida location. Highly Recommend
