Friendly service but left grease stains on my interior upholstery and did not replace two of the brake bleeder caps. Makes we wonder how competent they are. Hard to know as they just checked my brakes patched a tire and changed the oil. Rotated my tires and charged me for that even though I didn’t request it. I don’t trust mechanics who don’t have attention to detail. I won’t go back.

New to the area and had to find a mechanic to replace an alternator and battery. Bill's did a great job communicating the issue, keeping me informed and getting it fixed for a fair price. Good work and good value. Thanks Bill and team!

Zack was amazing I loaded up my bike in my bike seat ! He helped me unload it & reload it and put air in my bike tire ! As a single mom anyone in palm harbor needs to go to these guys ! They are very family oriented !!

I have been bringing my cars to Bill's for over 20 years (as have all my family members and friends). I have always received outstanding service. I picked up my car today, after having some heavy duty work on it. Bobby and Rob did a terrific job with the car. As always, they were kind and courteous and even (as always) showed me what broke and caused the problems in the car. I also got to say hello to Bill. Again, a terrific experience....worth every penny.
