Large selection of athletic and casual shoes, not many dress shoes compared to what they used to carry. Not my first choice when shoe shopping. Kohls and Macy's have wider variety.

Never carries much of a variety in wide size shoes. You can't try them on when ordering online so just plain frustrating.

Paul's Customer Service was a Welcoming Sight. He took time to help us find shoes. Having a size 13/14, he explained to try 12's sometimes due to the manufacturer of the shoes might have their own sizing. Trying to find shoes is difficult because what looks good at size 10 or 11 doesn't at 13-14. He gave us options of ordering off the internet to the store or to our home. Wish more people in the Customer Service Industry could be like Paul! We will definitely be back. Thank You Paul, for being cool and respectful!
