Ricky, We are disappointed to hear your experience was less than ideal. As an emergency practice we must treat the most critical cases first - regardless of cat or dog. We understand it can be frustrating to see other patients go first. However often people count their blessings when they see the other tragedies we treat and realize their pet is much more stable. If a patient is taken in before you it simply means, your pet is less critical. Please feel free to contact the office to speak with someone on our management team. Very Best, Chalice R.
Don't take him here. They don't respect cats, they will continue to put dogs in front of you in line no matter how much your cat is suffering. They should not advertise that they take care of cats because they don't. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
Is that a question?? You know what you better do
Take him to the vet.
