If rescue places wanted to really place animals in forever homes, they wouldn't cost $300 or more, ridiculous!!!
Carol McDonald
Great place for all your pet needs and your kitchen, or walls or jewelry, a bit of everything.

They really care for every animal that comes through the door, even wild ones. They're also honest to adopters, and provide resources to help you with your new pet. The dog we adopted is very HIGH ENERGY and they were very up-front about that before we adopted him, and he has been a pure delight! I highly recommend them for finding a cat or dog to adopt or foster.

I recently adopted my second dog from Suncoast. The staff is wonderful and helped talk me through the decision of whether to foster or adopt. They allowed me to bring my older dog to meet the new pup before we signed the papers to make sure they would get along. They are my go-to pet adoption center!

No but towels are great. Thank you
Always! You couldn't join a more worthwhile agency. They're phenomenal!!!
there is staff there that walks dogs and feeds them. the cats have large crates and lots of toys to play with. to drop off a pet you need to contact them prior to going there, they are only there certain hours.
Cat carrier if possible . Donate food if possible . Obviously the cat lol jk. Any meds it mite be on. Past history.
Best thing to do is go out there and if they don't give a small donation and they will get you one
Shelters usually welcome unopened boxes of pet treats.
Pretty much, but if you have another kind of animal, you can call them and they may be able to guide you to where you can take them.
I think Pinellas county offers lower cost neutering
Yes they except anything
I believe they help all kinds of animals
You'd have to email Suncoast Animal League to enquire about the dog you are interested in. The process goes from there.
Do you still have these ferrets?
They did only have a few cats their. The dogs are put in Foster homes and she said I needed to go to Facebook to be watching for a dog if I wanted to Foster one.
Yes. Check out their facebook page to see what dogs are available. If you see a dog you are interested in click on the dogs photo to find out more information and see if the dog has been spoken for. If you're interested or have additional questions email the adoption coordinator
I would call during business hours, just to see where they would prefer them to be brought by. Especially depending on size or qty. . This is an amazing organization.

I missed seeing your response in time for Sunday. When will be the next time you will at Petsmart Countryside and I will definitely drop it off.
I am sure they will.
If you're looking for a specific breed of color dog you need to look on the Suncoast Animal Leagues Facebook Page. Most our dogs go to Fosters but all of the dogs who are eligible for adoption are posted on our facebook page
Hello my friend used to wash all the cat and dog bedding as they have a washer and dryer there. She now works over at the humane society off Ulmerton road and Starkey rd. in Largo area. She is a cat sitter which she goes in the cat cages and plays with and cuddles (holds and pets) the cats. This way they have human contact.
I volunteer there but unfortunately, I really can't think of where we might be able to use the sheets or tablecloths. You may wish to contact the office to ask but as much as the offer is appreciated, I don't know that we can use them. What we always need are towels! We go through MOUNTAINS of towels!
No. They can't come in to play with them. You might consider fostering or I believe they will allow you to take a dog for a few hours
It depends on what comes up. Not long ago they had a gerbil from a rescue, but normally dogs and cats only.
Ya gotta call them directly
I know the SPCA off Starky Rd. In Largo will take him. Also off walsomgham has a place to drop them off. I think it is the Panellis county animal shelter. Google them for their phone Nos. Or go on their web sights.
Yes, they're closed Tuesday.
I know nothing about suncoast so call them direct tomorrow.
Please call the shelter in the morning to see if they have room for her before dropping her off
Yes they do but they are limited on space so it's best to give them a call and see if they are able to take him in.
If you Google "suncoast animal league" there is a pop up for the shelter. If you click on the "website" there (which looks like the real site except for this link) it takes you to http://www.suncoastanimalleague.org which shows up as the viagra site instead . The only difference appears to be the "www." prefix.
You should call them to answer your questions. They do a lot for dogs and cats.
No. We vaccinate all dogs prior to adoption. We are not a veterinary clinic and use local veterinarians for the shelter dogs. I can give you the names of our vet.
They have whatever species needs them. Your best bet is to call or add them to your Facebook friends list.
They will either help or send u in rite direction
The shelter is closed today but you can go to the thrift shop and talk to them about surrendering. The shelter opens tomorrow at 11 am Ps I'm sorry you're losing your home
It's free, however you have to call to see if they are able to take it.
They try not to keep them at the shelter for too long.. Taking them to adoption events and pet stores to get adopted, so you will have to call the shelther if you are looking for something specific.
If the shelter is closed try thr thrift store
It changes constantly. We try to update the Facebook page regularly but your best bet is to stop at an adoption event or go to the shelter.
Pillows are not something we can utilize but thank you for thinking of us!
You should call them to check for you. Some pets may still be available, but they are staying at a volunteer's home.
I paid $60 for my cat. Includes spay and all shots. Might be more for dogs. Best to call them.
Does she have a stub tail
Towels, any size. Blankets typically only smaller thin baby types for inside the pens. We dont have anywhere for the big comforters etc. But there is a donation box in our driveway for donations and we get paid by weight of donations. I think its Goodwill or Salvation Army. Thanks for all of your help!
they are so full of homeless pets, I don't think they would have room to physically house pets. your vet can give you a list of animal friendly shelters and disaster planning with pets.
