We’ve been frequenting this Ace Hardware since it first opened. We appreciate the rewards, and recommendations from excellent staff. My husband usually goes to Ace once a week for an occasional tool or nuts and bolts. If they don’t work out, the staff easily and quickly refunds our money. I go up there whenever I need birdseed or plant stuff. Yesterday Alex helped me with soil for my plants and plant food to mix into the soil to make them thrive. He helped me save money AND he put the five bags of soil in my car’s trunk. They have most everything you might need from a hardware store, even though they are a smaller Ace Hardware. They are conveniently located, with lots of parking spaces. We really like shopping here.

Working on a project house in between Home Depot and Lowe’s and then there is Ace Hardware. I can’t say enough great things about Ace Hardware and the service they provide especially at this location. All locations are very helpful, however, this location has been by far the most helpful each and every time I come. I want to give a special acknowledgment to a man named Kevin who I believe is the manager. This morning for example I needed a connection cord for an oven that was being installed. I forgot to get one in my travels to Lowe’s on my way to the project. I went into the Shopping Plaza of ace hardware and the sign said closed. However, Kevin saw me pull up get out and look at the door and he came over and asked me if I needed help. This man actually open the store and allowed me to purchase the $35 cord I needed so I could be on time for my contractors. Who does that!?! Fantastic service!!!!! Thank you Kevin you are a true asset to the company and you especially represent ace hardware‘s coined phrase the helpful place.

These guys are amazing. Went in and asked for advice regarding a plumbing issue I was having with mold seeping out from the bathroom sink pipes. I'm not that handy and am slowly learning as I purchased my first house, and one of the managers who helped me was beyond great. He is one of the first men to not make me feel like an idiot when I didn't know the terminology. He simply showed me what he was speaking of, heard me out, gave me the info of what was going on, and provided me with the options to fix it, along with a few other tips of things to check for longer term prevention. Sure enough, the piping was minutely slanted and was causing seepage out of the fittings. Also gave me some damprid for prevention until I decided I was ready to replace the piping. I came back here because I had such a good experience with the woman in the paint department a couple months back when I was painting my house. They are consistently helpful and respectful and would recommend them to anyone working on home improvement. Was at Lowe's the day prior and couldn't get any help because all the people who knew how to help with my issue were on "lunch." Much nicer to deal with people who are willing and actually want to assist. My family owns Ace Hardwares in Kansas and I know how hard the Ace corporation works to promote a friendly, helpful environment within its franchises. Will be recognizing this Ace to corporate. They deserve it.
