I called this place on 9/13 and tried to get water setup on for same day service. The lady said it would be $65 gave lady my card number and repeatedly asked her if service would be on today for my father and she said yes three times. So service was never turned on bc my card was never charged the full amount lady only processed $15 after repeatedly telling me she processed $65. Fast forward to today 9/14 called and spoke with someone name Mia who was very rude, disrespectful and does not need to be in customer service. Told her what happened and she could care less. She spoke over me and was just simply nasty. Not once did anyone apologize for the error or anything. Mia cut me off and transferred me to someone higher than her and I got a voicemail. Pretty much I knew nothing would be done and my dad still needed water so I called back. Spoke to someone and told her that Mia was awful and needed to be trained on customer service ethics. Spoke with Sylvia who was very nice and took my payment. From reading the reviews this appears to be an awful company. I hope this is not true for my dad's sake.

THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! THEY JUST ADD WHATEVER THE HELL CHARGES THEY WANT TO YOUR BILL AND TELL YOU "I'M SORRY BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY IT" UNBELIEVABLE! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

They literally just steal from you. People should really just sue them, water is a human right.

Haven’t had any issue with my water or this company in the last 3 yrs. Good customer service and I always have water.
