Is there any way to directly contact the company? I've tried the options they provide on their website. I am having an issue with their Cross Save feature for Destiny 2. I love this company, but this might prevent me from making future purchases.

No, all they have is the forums that you can openly ask your question for everybody to see, which is absolutely ridiculous from a big company like bungie. It's sad to see that they don't really care about their customers
