Give them a break, they're renovating the whole building, (not just one floor), to make the entire Bungie experience unforgettable and one of a kind. That doesn't just happen over night, JOHN SMITH.
I understand about giving them break but they have literally taken years to answer anything. If at all. They want you to post everything on Reddit for the world to see. So if you're reporting a cheater or a raid kick reefer it's out there for everybody to see and it's your private business. So they need to do something to fix this customer service instead of putting more fancy things on their building
