When I walked into Lexus of Bellevue (LOB) in 3/25, Crystal was the first person that approached me. As we spoke that day, I told her the car I wanted which was a 2022 IS350 f sport w/ the dynamic handling package but at that time was unavailable. So, I place an order for the car I wanted and placed a down for my order. During the waiting period Crystal was so helpful to give me updates on the status of my car. Fast forward, my car finally appeared on 6/04, Crystal was able to help assist me by answering my specific questions via text and taking specific photos of the car, so that when I drove over to the dealership, I knew exactly what I was getting. Her normal Saturday start time was 10am but she went above and beyond to come into LOB at 9am and was able to set it up so the minute I got there she handed me the keys to test drive my car. I told her this is the car, and I was ready to sign the paperwork. I appreciated the professionalism and the efficiency of my buying experience and would recommend buying a car at Lexus of Bellevue to anyone. This is my second time purchasing a car from LOB.

Joey Loveless made my service appointment experience quick and efficient. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through my SUV maintenance schedule. The waiting room was the best with comfortable seating, desks to use your laptop, easily accessible restrooms, and a cafe where you are able to purchase drinks and snacks. Plus its a nice bonus that my vehicle gets washed during my service appointment. I love returning back to this dealership.

Deanna was my service consultant since the consultant I originally had my service appointment booked with was not there on time. She immediately stepped in and provided amazing service from the moment I sat down to when I came back to pick up my Lexus. She had great and timely communication. Maintained a level of professionalism and was very personable as well. Deanna also did a great job of explaining the various service packages and pricing and ensured I was making an informed decision when selecting a package. Going forward, I will make sure to only book my service appointments with her when I'm at Lexus of Bellevue.

Terrible recall experience and damaged my car, the repaint was terrible and unprofessional color matching. Look at my pictures of bad color matching example. This was all caused by a fuel pump recall when they scratched and dented rear bumper paint. Went to the dealership 3 times and this is the result of their body shop repainting. The white is a completely different shade and not even remotely close to factory paint. Now it seems like I'm stuck and being reminded to never come to this dealership or refer anyone to this dealership.
