Had a very lovely experience coming here and buying a used car. The staff were helpful and friendly, my car buying buddy and I got a good test drive, and I got the car I wanted at a great price. The one thing I wish was different was the music. Sitting through an hour of purchasing paperwork to music that I didn’t really like was a bummer. We asked the staff if they could change it, but they said they didn’t have control over it.

I recently purchased a used Honda Civic from Volvo Cars Bellevue. I had visited the car dealership once and decided to look around for more options. Abdul was extremely helpful from the beginning. I returned two weeks later and both Abdul & Kevin helped me once again with the car that I was interested in. The process was seamless for the most part being that I had a certain amount for a down payment and monthly payment in mind. They worked diligently to get my payment down to something that was affordable. I never once got any shady car salesman vibes from any of the staff at this dealership, which was quite refreshing! Once again, I want to give a special shout out to Abdul for being EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall an amazing experience!

Super smooth experience. Stephanie who helped me was also training a new hire and it was great to get the scoop on how thorough she is. They had a loaner car ready to go and let me know it would be a few days since their diagnostics team was backed up. Got a text when the car was ready and was thrilled to find everything was covered by my warranty. They had cleaned the interior, which was much needed and had mortified me when I pulled my child's carseat out and saw all the cheerios that had piled up there. Thanks for the great first experience!

One of the best experiences servicing my car at a dealer ever! They were friendly and inviting, did a great job and made me feel comfortable. Only thing preventing 5 stars was I did not get an update about my car until I texted around 4 pm (left it at 8:30). So it would have been nice to get a quick text update. They did text back right away when I asked though. Overall very pleased and looking forward to my next visit!!
