I recently completed the purchase of a 2021 Rav4 Hybrid, while working with Joe Walery throughout the process. This was my first time ever purchasing a car, and the friendliness and professionalism throughout the experience was something that I definitely appreciated. I felt comfortable and not pressured or forced into making decisions about my purchase. Also, since this model of car is in such high demand right now, and availability is so highly affected by chip shortages and other factors, they were good at explaining what our options were with showing us which specific versions and feature sets we could place an order for based on what was being manufactured in the coming months. Although there were delays in receiving the vehicle due to factors beyond this dealership's control (related to the shipping process), I am now happy to have a great car in my ownership. I would definitely recommend Michael's Toyota of Bellevue to anyone who lives near the Seattle area!

Stay away from this dealership!! We had nothing but horrible experience with pretty much every dept of this dealership. It really ruined our experience for getting a brand new car and left us with a bitter upsetting experience from the beginning. From sales, trade-in, financing, dmv paperwork, service, and parts dept; yes pretty much every single dept. we have owned many Toyota/Lexus in the past 16 years and have worked with many Toyota dealerships in multiple states, this is by far the worst dealership we’ve ever worked with in every single dept. I’ll try to keep it short: trade-in <$2-3000 from KBB value, finance guy (Simon) lied about extended warranty and dmv process (or he’s just incompetent), parts and service had absolute no communication and did not deliver at promised day, no one seemed to know my car status during service. They messed up our dmv plates transfer, which was the main reason we traded in our car (for $3000 less) for this very reason. Everyone we worked with from each dept were incompetent, no communication, and did not care about their customer at all. Spoke with each dept head supervisor as well, and none seemed to care. I did speak with Sheree from customer relations dept and told her about my feedback. She was friendly and understanding, but nothing can change our horrible experience and the financial loss. Stay Away from Michaels Toyota!

You don’t need an appointment but you might have to wait a long time if you don’t. Set an appointment if you can.
The only way to find it out is to visit them. The place is busy, but once you are here, they will find a time for you.
Appointments are required for store visits. We disinfect any vehicle we service or allow you to test drive. We wear masks and require our guests to wear masks too. We socially distance. Our cleaning crew disinfects frequently touched surfaces such as door handles table tops. This is just a small part of what we do to ensure the safety of our guest.
