I took my cats up here and the vet and staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Our plan had lapsed so it was a bit pricey however as long as our cats are ok, its well worth it🥰. Thank you! I know you don't get enough thanks yous.

I’ve been waiting for WEEKS to get my dogs tooth looked at. Mind you I had searched the entire Seattle metro area for this appointment. They notified me less than 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment that they would have to cancel with no other availability for at least another 2 weeks. Will now have to resort to urgent care.

This place LOVES $$$money$$$ more than you love your pet. As long as you're paying your monthly wellness plan, you won't hear a peep but they get super proactive as soon as your plan is not up for renewal. If your plan *is* set to not auto renew, they will conveniently forget to do any of the included services and wait until they can charge you for them or talk you into your plan again. These guys love prescribing pills more than 90s doctors loved prescribing Ritalin. Today I actually got asked if I wanted meds for my dog before the appointment was even scheduled. Look, I have some vet techs in my family and I know that most vets love money and most will take advantage of the fact that we love our animals and have little knowledge how to care for them medically, but these guys are so grossly obvious about it that it actually makes me forgo care my pet might actually need due to how little I trust them. Find a local vet who believes in themselves and what they do enough to run their own clinic. I don't mind if people make money, but maybe actually care for my pets that I love in the process. Looking forward to the corporate email/ phone number I'll get to address my concerns.

Banfield is busy these days, so it takes a minute (or a drive) to get in on short notice. They did a great job with my 2yo Lab, which is terrific when you’re trying to remember every vaccination date. I really like the people here, very friendly.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
