Visited on 07/07/22 Great: the staff were friendly and helpful when we ordered. The imperial rolls were good and flavorful. The ahi tuna rolls were interesting and wrapped in a lettuce leaf. The spare ribs were amazing and they give you quite a few ribs. Good: the drunk chicken was good, but spicier than expected. The salmon was good, but unimpressive The yucca cake was amazing! Bad: nothing bad.

Good place. Went for lunch. Had drunken chicken bowl. Was very flavorful and good. Service was good as well until time to leave. They seemed to forget to check us out. No big deal since we were in no hurry. One knock on them - they were out of dumplings and crawfish.

Wow!!!! So happy I found Monsoon. Sat at the bar and was served by the delightful Brittany. She was energetic and crushing it behind the bar. I only had the wings for food, but enjoyed 2 of the Old Phonky Fashioned. These are unbelievably delicious and like nothing I've had before. Do yourself a favor, even if not a bourbon drinker, get one. Complex flavors and well crafted from their secret Pho blended bourbon. The wings were a solid choice. They do have an impressive bourbon selection too. I can't wait to get back to the area and try it again. Well done.

Amazing Vietnamese vegetarian food here in Bellevue downtown! The crispy vegetarian spring rolls were out of the world!! Ambience is great, good variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options. I’m a huge fan of lemongrass tofu vermicelli bowls and the one at this place didn’t disappoint!
