They have been open since Sunday. Call or go in to make an appointment. I went in at 10:30 and got an appointment at 1:30. They did a great job, as usual. They do require a mask and will take your temperature before your appointment.
No, unless you want a specific cutter. I always walk in and am pleased. The head and neck massage is worth the money by themselves...
