THESE GUYS ARE BRILLIANT. ENOUGH SAID. I'm going to talk about my experience with Sales and Service (just one time). 1. The sales department is at BMW of Bellevue have some really helpful and knowledgeable, and more than anything very accommodating folks. I worked with Zack Singh who is a rockstar when it comes to making sweet things happen to your car buying dreams. He was a pleasure to work with throughout my purchase and if not for him, I would have probably looked elsewhere. I bought my car during the height of chip shortage (August '21) where custom builds were taking 3+ months. Zack, Corey and the team helped me get my custom order built (to the T per my spec) and it arrived less than 5 weeks after I put in my order. Did I say I was not harassed into paying any downpayment or token amount to hold the order for me? I think a referral from one of their repeat customers helped me here. I hadn't paid a dime until I saw my car in the flesh, so that's a huge cookie point. Delivery day - quick chat with the SA (Zack) followed by some usual documentation with the CFS (I did get a few things removed from the invoice, they did oblige). I was given the keys to my first car and off I drove. Zack has been pretty much available to me before, during and after car delivery and has been very helpful with the overall process (I'm already thinking about how I'm going to haggle w/ him for my next car purchase 😂). 2. Service - 4 months into my purchase I ran into something that just happened out of the blue - a flat tire during one of the snowy times of the year. Initially the service department denied my road hazard warranty claim for my tires. Couple of hours of research online and a couple of calls/emails with the service manager (Brian), they agreed to help me out and honor the manufacturer's road hazard warranty and replace it at no cost to me. Huge thanks to Brian and Saf for the quick turnaround and putting the car back on the road within a day, whereas otherwise I could have been stuck for weeks going back and forth about warranty. Again, the service team did not disappoint me and re-affirmed my positive experience with BMW of Bellevue. I would say overall, BMW of Bellevue is a one-stop shop for all your BMW needs - Sales, Service and everything in between. PS: I don't usually write long reviews, but I'm waiting at the lobby of the service center here and I figured I could beat the boredom and try to leave an "honest" review for other skeptical folks.
