The best thing everyone could do is a petition the rent since no adequate repairs or maintenance is not being done. Get everyone's name send that list of names and problems you have with your apartment (don't forget to take pictures and videos) to the fair housing and to the owner. We are all paying for damage apartments. I was lied to about my apartment was rentovated and when I got there it was not renovated in was totally upset because I left a brand new appartment. This apartment is very big and they should be paying all utilities not the tenant. My rent went up $161.00 so I am on a month to month lease and hope to find a apartment before I am charged that high rent. Usually when you go month to month from the yearly lease your rent stays the same but they increased my rent. This is a class action sue if everyone go with a rent petition to lower rent due to the damages in this apartment.

We absolutely love it here!!! The office and maintenance teams are incredible! The complex is kept up very nicely. The neighbors are so nice as well. We like it so much, we are moving my mom into her own apartment here. Ver, very happy!!!

DO NOT RENT from Essex Property Trust and Crow Canyon Apartments!!! I paid my last rent payment to them back in July 2017 and they came back roughly 4 years later (5/2021) to say that I didn't pay a month to month rent in my last month that I was there. Difference is supposedly an extra $725 They only started contacting me several weeks ago and threatened to put something on my credit file.

My intentions were to leave a professional review but that is out the window. I looked at all the complaints and they are all petty one sided exaggerations. I have lived here for two years. The tenants adjacent to my unit have lived there for five plus years and they are respectable and quiet people. The staff consists of hospitable people and they try to accommodate the all the tenants needs. However, it's the same whiny neighbors that probably cause the problems in the community. One star rating? You act like rats were running amok and there's a giant hole in your roof. If anything my issues are with the neighbors who don't respect community space. Speeding in a 15 mph zone, throwing your mattress in the recycling bin, and littering with their cigarettes on walkways. Most of the complaints here were from really soft folks with too much time and self pity. I give this place four / five stars because there is always room for improvement.
