I have been living here since last one and half years and happy to share my experience. Rooms are nice and spacious, Maintenance is superb, Quick Respond to work order, office and maintenance staff are nice, well maintained premises and facilities, upgraded appliances, fulll size washer /dryer, beautiful mountain view. Overall beautiful complex , Good place to live.👍

I have lived at Mill Creek for a little over 4 years in 2 apartments and have loved it. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to address any maintenance issues and the office staff is always available to answer any concerns if necessary.

I wish I could give my experience a zero but I will give it a one because I got some help and assistance from the management. I had the worst experience you can imagine. I moved in to this appart ent for two months as my baby was being treated for cancer at UCSF. It was me , my husband and our three years old. The lady downstairs basically terrorized us, she kept harassing us , calling us names and even threatening my older kids when they came over to visit their sister. She would put loud music on for the whole night but she would call the office when we accidentally slam the door. The management did not do anything about it , they just left us to deal with her until we just had to escape for our safety. This place is being hijacked by people taking advantage of the relatively low rent for such a great place but they also bring in lots of scary and unsafe behavior. It is definitely not a family environment.
