Popped in to have a look around. I ended up finding some things I liked and had questions. Robert stepped up to help me. He was so patient and accommodating as I kept wanting to color match things on opposite sides of the store! He carried pillows and cushions around to help me going above and beyond for sure! I appreciated it. Helped me finally make a decision after a year of looking. I bought two chairs and a sofa! So happy!

Great experience shopping here. My wife and I went into the Irvine store late one evening to look at and purchase a sleeper sectional. Dylan our sales person was great - very helpful and patient. None of the pushy sales people like Ashley furniture and a great designs with up to date and modern design. First time shopping here, I wish we have found it earlier. Great customer experience.

We recently went shopping at Living Spaces in Irvine for new living room furniture. We had the most wonderful experience with our salesperson named Robert. He was polite, kind, courteous and empathetic to all of our wishes and needs, not to mention helpful with constructive suggestions. We were amazed to learn at the end of the purchase that he had only been working there for 2 weeks. Holy mackerel, he could have sold us the whole store. He was so nice and effective as a salesperson. Robert, I hope your employer realizes what a fantastic employee they have in you, especially as a new hire. Many years of success to you! My salesperson, Kyle, was amazing! He is extremely knowledge and spent over 2 hrs with me. I never felt pressured or rushed. It was a pleasure being serviced by him. I considered the decision one that would stay with me everyday for the next 15 yrs and he recognized that. He was extremely patient, answered all my questions and gave me more than enough detailed information to make the right decision. Best buying experience I’ve had in a long time! Thank you, Kyle!!

We received an end table yesterday and it is damaged.We like the style of the table.but we would like it replaced with one that is not damaged.what do we do.

They are very good when it comes to damaged furniture. They called me before they shipped out my furniture to let me know that it was damaged and if I wanted to wait for a new one or get something else completely. So just call them and they will replace it.
