They are very good when it comes to damaged furniture. They called me before they shipped out my furniture to let me know that it was damaged and if I wanted to wait for a new one or get something else completely. So just call them and they will replace it.
Call up Living Spaces and let them know. They will replace it. Make sure they do not charge you a restocking fee, the furniture was damaged, so that is on them.
