Had been using them for over a year but the last few months they’ve really gotten bad at performing a basic haircut. The most recent haircut was the worst experience I have had there where the guy kept misunderstanding what I wanted done to my hair. I asked for a basic couple of inches off the top and to clean up the sides and he started thinking I wanted a buzz cut. He ended up not cutting it how I wanted and he wasn’t understanding. I wanted to get my hair washed but the guy never asked if I wanted it but by the end of the experience I would have rejected it anyway. Would not go back to this location unfortunately.

I asked for a simple haircut(you can see my profile pic), but they didn't even take time to check that there were a few hairs that the machine didn't cut. You only need to pass the razor a few more times.

They took me right away which was a wonderful thing on a Saturday. However, I was charged for an MVP when I didn't ask for one nor get anything beyond a buzz and trim. Didn't notice until I looked at the receipt -- not well communicated nor cool. The place is well kept and the staff is friendly.

Update: I went back to have the haircut fixed after calling. I was told there is no manager name Jennifer (could have called the wrong location). A stylist named Christina Marie made the hair cut somewhat better after some communication. I was told to show her several times in the beginning what pictures I showed Ashley for the hair cut, until I asked if she meant she wanted to see a picture of what I want the hair cut to be. From then on, the process was fine and she did make changes to the haircut when I requested. Although the fixing of the haircut was step by step and some commutation, the hair cut was improved. I was offered a free of charge hair cut next time if I return. I find it a good gesture but what can be made best out of my hair cut was already done. I see that Christina has made more of an effort to try to make things better so I made a purchase at the store as a gesture for the effort to fix the haircut. My rating remains after reviewing my entire experience. ————— Just had a hair cut, it was fine until shortening the back was a lot too short. I still left a tip for the effort. There were some conversations in the beginning that sounded a bit unfriendly when I was explaining the cut I want with examples but the tone changed later. I think I still have to get a part of this haircut fixed. I asked for some more trimming but she thought it should be left as is. Stylist was Ashley.
