Ordered in June and no replacement received. Call after a month and they told me it was in the warehouse and it would be sent out and repairman would come and replace stove top. Every two weeks I would call since I kept not getting a stove top and same answer till September. Finally they said it is not in stock and I am now waiting for a refund and NO stove top! Not at all pleased with their poor communication with their products or other staff. Sears service has went down hill with their customer service since it is difficult for them and you to understand each other.
