The lady didn’t know how to cut hair. I asked for a 1 to 2 gradient and an inch of the top. I got a 2 to 4 gradient and not even like a quarter inch of the top. She didn’t even know how to use the clippers which was scary. At that point I just told her to not cut much and paid and left. Probably most I’ve paid to have my hair not cut. Feels like I came out with the same amount of hair as I went in with

Horrible place don’t take your kids there very unclean very unprofessional the lady who cut my son hair she got a finger cut and trying to stop the bleeding with a towel took the same towel and Cleanning my son hair was very disgusting very unprofessional also she cut my sons all over his head when I called the manager to complain her name is Jennifer she was talking very rude not even apologizing for what happened she is telling me also that I have to wait so that she can talk while I was so upset worrying about my son stay awayyyyyy there are a lot of disease u don’t need a place to transfer it to u very easily
