I lived in two separate homes at this community and I truly loved them both! Having an attached garage was extremely convenient and my wrap around patio was great in the summer. The Walgreens is just a short walk down the road and there are a ton of beautiful walking trails nearby. The maintenance staff is amazing, they take care of things quickly and are very friendly. Truly loved the three years I spent at Canyon Oaks!

Visited this location while I was delivering potentially interested in housing. I initiated conversation stating I delivered in the complex and wanted to use the restroom before making my inquiry. After requesting use of bathroom demeanor changed from staff memeber where it was declined that there were no bathrooms for public when I inquired how do staff use the restroom if that's the case was told they have one for staff. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I ended up not making mention that I was interested because the initial impression alone wasn't pleasant as the lady continues to apologize but not really sorry because a sorry isn't a solution. I'd hate to think I was declined the restroom due to my appearance. ( I am a black woman in a predominantly white area)
