I love Lightning Boxing Club and I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in boxing whether it is to lose weight, get in shape, learn self defense or competing. Owner Chris and his family are very welcoming and good people. Chris is such a knowledgeable boxing trainer with an extensive background in boxing. I have been to several different boxing gyms and Lighting Boxing Club stands out among the rest. The prices are definitely reasonable specially for the caliber of training you will receive. There is so much talent at his gym, he trainers several talented up and coming Bay Area boxers including his son David who I saw box as a little boy. Mark my words David will be a world champion because of his natural athletic talent and the training and disciple enforced by his father and gym owner Chris. I have nothing but good things to say about Lightning Boxing Club.

Working personally with the owner is great because he understand exactly how your body should move through a punch. At the same time I've seen him work hard for people that are just trying to lose weight. My favorite part about Kris is that he goes above and beyond for the people he works.
