In and out!!! Ppl need to be more considerate of others. These techs are risking their lives to draw blood and accommodate patients and some people are still not taking Covid seriously. Kaiser needs to implement a air filter sanitization system throughout the lab. The area is too confined for people to breathe recycled air. I asked was there any disinfectant wipes to wipe down the area I was about to sit at.The tech had to ask for disinfectant wipes. No one was wiping or spraying down the chairs or resting table after each patient. Covid risk

Not bad. I hate shots/needles/blood but I got it done! Sign said less than 15 minute wait and it was spot on. As soon as I got called for my paperwork, I barely had time to sit back down again and was called for my bloodwork already. Station 1 tech was fast and efficient. Told her I was queasy with needles and she said to sit sideways. It was quick and not as bad as I had feared. Thank you! One suggestion is to have a queue number sign for the laboratory/222 outside for overflow. When sitting outside you can’t hear the current number being serviced.

Really good experience with ER on overnight. Came in with a bronchitis. In take was pretty quick and easy and the doctor and nurse did a thorough test. Got the meds I needed and went home after a few hours and feeling better. Very organized and efficient from what I could see,
