Kaiser is a great hospital and compared to parking at other hospitals I would rather it above others

At this time the parking garage ticket issuer is not there/working. Thank goodness! I just needed to stop/park somewhere along enough to see if a person that I dropped off would be staying/leaving at emergency.

Had too circle up almost too the top but that's fine my car was safe and I rode elevator, what's really nice parking was free and I felt safe.

Parking available near the top level most days, which means it might take you 15 minutes to get from entrance to your appointment. When I was there, one of two elevators nearest to hospital entrance was out of order and the other with limited occupancy due to Covid. If you can't hike 7 floors, you'll have quite a wait. I try and make my appointments in Alameda or San Leandro if at all possible to avoid this garage.

might be easier to park in the neighborhood - there's a ton of metered street parking nearby
The first I think 15-30 minutes is free but there's an hourly rate for the Oakland parking garage. Vallejo & Vacaville Kaiser's both have free parking if you can go there instead
