I had a monthly membership, which they accidentally cancelled on me in the middle of the month. Can't retrieve my car Friday, come back Sunday to find my catalytic converter stolen. No manager, no customer support.

Dangerous and inconvenient. 9:30pm. Elevator lobby was locked and key card wouldn't work. No staff present. Needed to walk up to car. Not recommended.

Hi I reserved a parking spot for tonight as you indicated for the $3 special, &Before I booked it I had typed in 6:15 to 10:15 pm& then when I booked it &confirmed it it showed 6:15 to 6:15 and I already paid the $3.95 so will I be able to get out?

Hi Karen, Yes, if you booked a reservation it will allow you access the the garage. Please scan the bar code on the entrance/exit paystations. Please press the "HELP" button on the paystation screen if you run into any problems and the staff at our call center will assist you.

Hi Karen! We have set a special rate of $3 for 5 hours of parking on weekday evenings when you reserve parking online after 6:00pm. Perfect for a night out at dinner or a movie at the New Parkway Theater. Find the special rate at space.aceparking.com
