We stayed here for 18 months. That's how long the lease was. It's a nice apartment complex for the most part. You can hear and smell stuff your neighbors will cook. If you have kids, it's great since the park is walking distance. We were a family of 3, but needed more space for our growing family. The gym is way too small and the pool area is eh, feel like they could upgrade outside furniture. The maintenance people are great! And the person we met the first time from the leasing office was very nice as well. Some smoking happens. It's dog friendly, for those of you with pooches. Overall it's was a good apartment complex.

Not much of a safety Yes, As it is not a gated community there are greater possibilities of theft or even intruders. I have friends of your neighborhood too who have already faced this issues.

The appartments are nice and specially the view. The maintenance respond next day. But my main concern is safety. There is a robbery and car break almost everyday. And the mangment is doing nothing.

We lives here for 12 months, and it was so nice and peaceful. The gym is small but always available, the pool is lovely and the neighborhood is nicely located off the road in a secluded million area. Very close to lovely park with a baseball field and playground, as well as bmx course and dog park. Great place for families and young professionals!
