DMV office is also withim AAA Facility and very convinient
Yes as long as the vehicle is still in the DMV system. I did a car recently and went fine. I did a dirt bike in the past and while I had all of the right papers the DMV system did not have it in their system still because previous owner did not keep registered. That one forced me to DMV.
