Looked everywhere for a new 2022 7 seat vehicle with no luck anywhere. So glad we stopped by here, because we found exactly what we were looking for. Had a great experience with Anh, he was absolutely amazing! He made buying a car feel like you were just hanging out with an old friend. The finance team was great, got us a better deal than our own credit union. Best experience we've ever had buying a car.

I had an awesome experience with the sales persons. I came in and was greeted with energy by Monica and her Manager Se. Monica did a great job of listening to what I wanted and didn’t want. Which I am very specific. She did it all with a smile! I initially just wanted to see the differences in a Yukon and Tahoe. Her manager Se has set a great example of how to meet the customer where they are and make the experience fun and light. I left the house to run a quick errand and came home with a new family truck. Also the location has a great selection of vehicles AND they were very upfront about what can and can’t be done or what they had available. Truly felt that Monica went above and beyond!!

While my initial experience was good, after the sale has left something to be desired. It was raining steadily when I bought the car, and it was outside. I checked the car over and it looked good. After a week or so I finally got a chance to wash the car and found numerous small rock chips the rain had hidden. I inquired about some sort of fix from the dealer and they refused. Had I seen the chips before hand I would have made sure they were taken care of before I spent $80k on a car. Once your money is spent you’re not valued as a customer any more.

Our experience here was great!! Se Shin was phenomenal, he was great very communicative, very transparent with how things worked and what would be smart for ME! I had both Se and the assistant manager Miguel with me for hours trying to get the best price that would work for me. You can tell how genuine they are here and I will be sending anyone looking for a new car over to the Chevrolet of Bellevue .
