My BMW died on my drive home, the day I bought it. It's been returned without the issue being resolved 3 times now. The car has now died in the middle of the road 4 times. I also got pulled over for a brake light they lied about fixing. I have the premium warranty through Veritas. The "free rental" covers only 5 days, when service takes 2 weeks minimum. They also have no loaners so they'll reimburse you $35/day. Not really free then, is it? Unlike other reviewers, I was never offered a loaner or Uber rides during the many trips for service/towing. I've Ubered almost the entire month I've had the car. The vehicle itself was never adequately test driven or checked for issues here or at BMW Bellevue. They started dodging calls when asked tor service docs. Pressing 3 for the Sales Department is the only way your call will get answered.

Honestly, I never have had good sales experiences buying cars. It is a whole day process, and I feel I am a paycheck more than a customer. They are not providing me the best info needed and taking the time to get to know me as person and giving me options. It's always given me anxiety and it's just a stressful and big decision on buying a car. Christine made the process painless, smooth and made me confident in my choice of what I wanted. She looked for all my wants and needs and did not push me when I didn't respond right away. Yes buying a car is a huge decision and a lot of money but I am more thinking that I am satisfied with my choice. Thank you!

I never thought I would be recommending any car buying experience, but Alex, Starr, and Josh were all excellent to work with. Alex was extremely accommodating as we looked at multiple cars. We have two little kids and they were, you know, kids. The team was kind and helpful as they were wearing out. This was the simplest car buying experience I have ever had. It is thanks to the team - it is obvious that customer service is their top priority. Make sure to ask for Alex - she was our sales person. Easy to work with. Genuine and helpful. We needed some additional help. Starr is the Sales Manager - she stepped in and took care of our requests with grace. Josh is the Finance Manager - he was kind and got us out of the door quickly. Thank you again Alex, Starr, Josh, and team!
