Should anyone have to explain a one star rating for a sub par customer support outlook? they take your money, deliver a decent game, but thats where the consumer-producer relationship ends. No support, no communication unless its to highlight only good things. Rampant bans without explaination or proof aside from a blanket, "we said your banned for reasons and w wont ever change our minds." hell, their appeal for a ban doesnt even give an option to contest that you havent done anything, just forces you to "admit" to a bannable offense. And worst of all? NO FISH

The legendary creators of the Halo franchise. Although they have been slipping after moving onto Destiny, they have continued to push forward and made strides on improving themselves since breaking up with Activision. The office here is very cool. There is an extremely long corridor full of Halo and Destiny memorabilia, like a mini museum.

Give them a break, they're renovating the whole building, (not just one floor), to make the entire Bungie experience unforgettable and one of a kind. That doesn't just happen over night, JOHN SMITH.
Sort of. It's more of a self guided walk down the front hallway. That's all the security guard said we could look at when we went. Lots of cool Bungie stuff in that hallway though. 😁

Unless you are invited to an event or you meet someone on the team who is nice enough, it's not open to the public. You really need to just try to find someone or email someone and see if they would even take the time to give you one, but it's honestly not easy at all to get in. Would be great, but sadly they just aren't set up for that.

No, all they have is the forums that you can openly ask your question for everybody to see, which is absolutely ridiculous from a big company like bungie. It's sad to see that they don't really care about their customers
