Saw Dr. Freeman today and had a great visit; he was great with my dog and also a great communicator. Would definitely like to see him for regular visits in the future. The office was extremely busy but everyone remained very nice and professional.

Lulu has been going to Aerowood since she joined our family two years ago. She has received excellent care and is healthy and happy (doesn’t like going but not her choice!). Even though we haven’t been able to go into the office with Lulu, the Docs have been very fast to call after or during a visit with a report on findings and/or treatment plans.

Aerowood was able to see my pet within a few days of the call. They were friendly, thorough and caring at all times. When I called later with questions for the doctor my call was returned, by the doctor, promptly with complete and detailed answers and directions. I will definitely continue with care for my pets at this facility.

This incident was a couple of years ago, but it still pains me every single day and I hope no one else has to experience this. I took my 3 year old dog here after a freak accident. They took X-rays and said he snapped his spine and there’s nothing we can do, he needs to be put down. I say ok. I am saying goodbye to him, all the while there’s other vet techs in the room laughing and chatting, not respecting anything that’s going on with my dog who’s about to be put down. After that, I was about $100 short on the bill (X-ray and euthanasia were $700). Not planning on having to put my dog down that day, I asked if a payment plan for the remaining $100 was an option. They said no, and asked me if I could hand over my iPhone, nice jewelry, or 'anything of value on my person for collateral’. ?!? I said no thanks, not looking to lose my best friend and my phone in the same day. After some arguing, they hand wrote a payment agreement on lined paper to shut me up. I left with my dog sick to my stomach. They harassed me for months on end until I paid the measly remainder. Now when I think of my unexpected dog’s death, I still feel grief/no closure, and am reminded of this selfish place of business. Please, please go elsewhere.

Disclaimer: I've worked at a vet clinic, but I'm not a doctor. Neuters are usually an outpatient procedure (drop off in morning, pick up in afternoon/evening), assuming no complications. For pricing, you'll likely have to see a vet at this location for a normal physical exam to make sure that neither cat has health concerns that might affect surgery outcomes. They can likely give you an estimate for the procedure at that appointment.
