This Titus Will service department is GARBAGE! I brought my 4 year old car in with a blown head gasket and bad water pump. That was covered by the warranty. I asked them to do the 75,000 mile service at the same time. They had my car for 10 days and I didn’t get a rental until the 6th day. They proceeded to tell me the service was done but the paperwork proved it wasn’t. Had to come back in and, after being told by the manager that I would be in and out within an hour and half, I am now being told they will have my car until the end of the day. Do NOT bring your car here unless you have all day to sit around and don’t mind being lied to about work performed.
Highway robbery. They tried to inflate a $2500 (suggested work needed) on my wifes vehicle that was there for warranty work😡
Check your warranty clauses just in case but, recommended, not required. Like any business, they're trying to make a extra buck or two.
That 15,000 mile service for that amount, IF I am not mistaken includes tire rotation, oil change, cleaning the air intake module, brake check, and several other items.
Check your maintenance schedule. For 15 years they've done the oil for free and the last few years I've done the service maintenance myself. Titus-Will Chevrolet has been nearly perfect !
Try confirming with the dealership that they didnt already handle those items during your last service?
