Tried to come in today for our newly bought VW Jetta and left unsatisfied. Didn’t offer any resources after checking our radio system. Which we received with the Bluetooth not working nor the USB port when we bought the vehicle from the dealership. Even after bringing it in today they have left scratch marks on the console and didn’t inform us of the damage. I regret doing business with dealership, and hope this review will help others with making the decision of buying a new car.

They didn’t really take us seriously. The sales people were all over the place looking to pounce on anyone driving in to look. We went south to buy. Go to Olympia Jeep they will give you the time and not rush you through the whole process. Also, these people aren’t very transparent. It is hard to find a really good and truthful and loyal Car Sales and Leasing Consultant these days. Most of the time you are dealing with an off the street Car salesman. We found ours at Olympia Jeep.

Went in for an oil change before getting ready to sell my car and Michelle was able to arrange a purchase that day. They took my car as is and gave me a great price for it. I was leaving the country a few weeks later and she even drove to my bank to deposit the check as they received the title after I had left the country. All around great experience!

I had inquired on a few sites about selling my 2019 Chevrolet Camaro. Michelle from Chevy immediately contacted via e-mail, and text offering Kelly blue book value. She was adamant that the dealership wanted my car which made my decision of selling it to them easy. From the moment I arrived she was outside waiting to greet me with a big warm smile! I could tell she was a woman great at her profession. The few simple questions on what I would like for the car, and literally 3 minutes later I was signing paperwork, and on my way that easy to my disbelief! She notified me that the process was generally 3-4 weeks long. I most appreciate that on her days off she was kind enough to respond, and follow up for me. 2 parts: 1- We are usually VERY close when we estimate fees charged by the state; sometimes we are too low and sometimes we’re too high. 2- If you are overcharged for an item, all collected taxes applicable to said (returned) item would be calculated into the refund of said taxable item. We don't currently offer shuttle services due to the COVID-19 pandemic environment. We do not know when and if this will change in the future. We do have comfortable waiting areas, accessible restrooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Please verify current transportation options prior to your extended appointment.
Yes. Please schedule an appointment for tire replacement. We DO sell tires, but will need to verify availability prior to your visit.

You can start the appraisal process on our website and this can speed up the verification process, which can be completed at our dealership in a few minutes. If we need to put your vehicle on a lift to check for leaks or research repair history this can add to the duration, but your appraiser can anticipate these events prior to your visit if your initial condition report is accurate. If you prefer to do the whole appraisal in-person, please contact any member of our sales team to schedule ahead of your visit.
Yes! You can add your trade-in to your car deal when you start online on our website or when you visit the dealership. Appraisal process is similar for a purchase and a trade-in, and there are some tax benefits to trading in your vehicle. Please check with your salesperson for more details on the benefits of trading-in your current vehicle.
You can start your purchase or lease transaction, even get a trade-in value and research financing options at home. A lot of the paperwork can be completed digitally but we do need to be in-person to get any required wet signatures and deliver the vehicle. Please let your salesperson know how you would like to proceed and they will accomodate to the best of their ability.
If you start your purchase or lease on our website the process can be relatively quick and simple. Estimate 30-minutes, if most details are completed prior to your visit, or you can wait outside and we can bring any paperwork to you. Your comfort is important, as well as the health and safety of our staff so accommodations will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Yes. Look for "Titus-Will Direct" directional elements on any vehicle on our website. It's easy, and concierge staff are ready to help anytime. They can walk you through the entire process so you know what to expect when we deliver your new vehicle to your home or workplace, and some signatures may be required upon delivery, in addition to those completed digitally. Please remember, our delivery area is limited to 25 miles from the dealership and exceptions will be based on staff availability and are at the discretion of our management team.

Not quite sure what this is. We sell commercial vehicles with lifts, trucks with boxes that have doors that roll up and some with barn doors, cargo vans, chassis cabs, trucks with customized tool storage in the bed, and just about every combination therein. This Titus Will service department is GARBAGE! I brought my 4 year old car in with a blown head gasket and bad water pump. That was covered by the warranty. I asked them to do the 75,000 mile service at the same time. They had my car for 10 days and I didn’t get a rental until the 6th day. They proceeded to tell me the service was done but the paperwork proved it wasn’t. Had to come back in and, after being told by the manager that I would be in and out within an hour and half, I am now being told they will have my car until the end of the day. Do NOT bring your car here unless you have all day to sit around and don’t mind being lied to about work performed.
