One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had! They knew their stuff and took two hours to help me and my friends get the PERFECT pair of ski boots.

I’m really big on service and how you are treated, and they nailed it out the park! I was helped by Matt buying snowboard boots, he spent the time it took, recommending different boots, sizes etc. Side note I’ve been searching for boots on my own with the bigger name shops, and small. Now I am definitely a customer always.

Julia was a HUUUUGE help. Overall this store is head and shoulders above any other ski retailer. Whatever it is that makes all of the employees here so enthusiastic and engaged in their work, keep it up. Whether you call the store or walk in, you always get somebody who is 100% engaged and interested in what you need. I can think of few things more than ski boots that really need professional help to get fitted properly, and Julia was spot on. Their selection and pricing is awesome, too, and they’ve got a big military discount. I’ve shopped here several times now, and Julia cemented it: I won’t be going anywhere else from here on out!

Shelby rocked. Very helpful when I came in to get some new boots. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted but he helped me clear some things up. Boot selection was surprisingly good. One critique (that I absolutely do not blame on the store) is that I would’ve been able to get the same boot from the store website for anywhere from $20-50 less with the online only deals. Wish these deals were applied to physical locations as well.

They sometimes do trade-ins but it depends on the season and the inventory. You should call in and ask before going, to be safe!
they do! i dont remember exact prices but they are consistent with any other board shop around.
I believed they do.
Yes they do, and towards end of season some are on sale too. Yes they wax.
For 1 day rentals pick up after 3pm day before rental starts, drop off before 12 noon the day after skiing.
Depends on the severity of the damage. I understand they do good work for a reasonable price
