We bought a Harley Davidson from Destination Harley Davidson- Tacoma and it was hands down the best experience my husband and I have ever had making a purchase, anywhere! Everyone was absolutely incredible from Nikki, the sales manager who initially reached out, to Julie our sales rep who found us our bike, to Phil in the finance department to everyone in the store including the guys behind the desk in the service department who played ball with my 9 and 7 year old to help keep them busy while we took care of business, to LeRoy who just checked in and chatted with us while we waited. Going to a dealership is always tough, add on bringing your 3 young kids with you but everyone here made it all so easy, comfortable and we honestly had a great time. I cannot thank this team enough and cannot recommend this dealership enough for their kindness, their help, and their straight up, honest, fun personalities and culture in the shop. Truly a phenomenal experience all around.

It was actually shocking how different my experience was at Destination versus NW. After saving for years to buy a Harley NW was more interested in selling what whatever they had on hand than helping me find what I wanted. I wasted over 3 hours down there haggling about a bike that they neither had or could get. My wife and I went to Destination just to see what they had and Phil really jumped on the opportunity to earn our business. It was the one day off that my busy wife of four kids had, and I told her we wouldn't be at the HD shop all day. After explaining that to Phil and Andrew they really pushed to get the whole deal done within 2 hours, from greeting to signing. Great experience. My only true reservation about buying from Tacoma was the drive from Chehalis for service, but the free pickup and delivery totally fixes that issue. Totally recommend and will visit again soon

I would visit the store and judge for yourself. I don't think that they are over priced, as compared to other HD shops. All HD franchised stores follow certain operating methods, they all operate similarly. I prefer an HD bike, your choice. Yes...you can spend less money somewhere else...you can also spend more money somewhere else as well. If you're looking to purchase a bike, do your homework...same as you would purchasing a car.
They have pretty good selection at the store but I don't know about on line. Good luck
Yes, but making an appt does not mean it will be done quickly. Expect to plan a ride back home/work and leave it even for an oil change.
