This team (Bill & Billagan) moved 2 8'X20' containers on our property, both through small openings. Wow, they guys went WAY above and beyond in completiing the task quickly and even did their best to level one of the containers with the pavers we had on hand. Burns Towing dispatch operator, Jenny assured me a tow truck operator named Adam was available and would have seating for 2 & my Cat who loves car rides . In a minimal amount of time Adam arrived and did not disturb the drive thru business where I was located . Very professional and it shows in his work ethics that he enjoys his job . He did not disappoint . I’m a Senior Citizen and he was very courteous making sure to park my Jeep exactly where I asked Him to . The first time ride for Cat & Grandson was a great experience . Great people - Polite and professional, from the phone operator to the driver. I was told a certain amount per hour and that they would pick me at my house since it was on the way to the car. They did not pull my car out of the ditch, because the car was not at the location it was supposed to be. The driver was driving me back home. But I remember we had passed a car that looked mine. The driver was gracious enough to drive back and take look. Sure enough that was my car we had passed. He jump started my car and make sure I could drive it before leaving. They did not charge me dime. Which is awesome. But I would have gladly paid them for the first hour, for the faster service then expected in this cold snowy, wet weather. They were able get to me within in an hour, after they said it would be about 3 hrs. Unlike the last towing company I called. They said it would be their 45 mins to an hour to come and get me. And 5 hrs later at the gas station I was at, they still never showed up. Sorry I can't remember people names. But I would gladly recommend them for their services. I will keep their number in my phone next time emergencies.

A bill-of-sale does not constitute proof of ownership in Washington State, and therefore cannot be used to redeem an impounded vehicle. You must go to a licensing agent and transfer the vehicles’ registration into your name before attempting to redeem the vehicle.
Bring the Registered or Legal owner or: Bring an original notarized letter signed by the vehicle owner with a copy of their ID stating that you are their authorized agent allowed to pick-up their vehicle or property. Government issued photo ID required.
Redemption procedures are in strict accordance with RCW Title 46.55.120. You must be the LEGAL owner, the REGISTERED owner, or INSURER of said vehicle. You must have government issued photo identification. If you are redeeming a vehicle and do not have a current (valid) driver’s license, you will still be required to provide picture ID. Should you not have your driver’s license with you or your driver’s license is no longer valid, please be advised that you must provide a “licensed” driver to remove your vehicle from any of our impound lots. Only loose personal belongings may be removed from an impounded vehicle. Nothing bolted, wired, mounted, or fixed to the vehicle may be removed when retrieving personal property. All vehicles placed on hold by a police department, will require a court ordered release or impounding agency authorization, before you are able to redeem your vehicle. You must pay with cash, credit/debit card, or company check.
If your vehicle was impounded within the last 48 hours, please allow a minimum $300 or more to pick it up during normal business hours. The impound fees are in accordance with those authorized by the Washington State Patrol. The current hourly rate for small vehicles is $184 per hour minimum for the tow operator’s time and equipment use. The daily rate of storage is $48 per day minimum, if the vehicle is 20 feet in length or less. Anything exceeding 20 feet in length with be subject to double storage rates. After the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday or any holiday, there is an additional after hours release fee of $92 plus tax over and above the hourly impound and daily storage fees.
