Had one of their drivers just about run me off a residential road, riding extremely close to my rear end in Lakewood. He was waving hos phone around, clearly more focused on whatever speaker-mode conversation he was having. I get if he has some rough day at home with his family or something, but there's no excuse to be driving like this in 25-30 mph residential roads.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT PAY YOUR MONEY OR INSURANCE MONEY TO THEM!!! Ready set go towing is the worst towing company I have ever been serviced!! I didn’t even choose them myself my insurance company did due to a breakdown on the side of highway! First they did not call me to verify my address. Towed my car to totally the wrong location in a bad area of Tacoma. When I called them to check on where my car was, they proceeded to CUSS ME OUT!!! And hung the phone up on me! I had to spend the entire night worried about my only transportation. Overall got my car back to my apartments by the same company, I again did not get a call just a text on my phone. HOWEVER my keys were locked inside! Also my car was doubled parked and I could have got a ticket my apartments! Horrible nightmare!! Do not tow from them!

I didn't contact them directly, I went through towtruckservicenearme.info and they sent Ready Set Tow my way. I never caught the name of the driver, but he was fantastic! He cared about the car as if it were his own! I needed my car towed to a buddy's house to do some clutch work. My car is low so he needed some help to make it easier, which was perfect because I wanted to be involved anyways. Took some creative use of some wood blocks to get it on without scraping. On the offload my buddy said, "He was perfect getting it off!" Best part, the price for the tow was like half of what I was expecting. This was my first experience having a car towed and I'm glad it was a positive one!

I’m very pleased with this company! After my accident tonight, I was very shaken and not sure what was going to happen with being 103 miles away from home:/ John was amazing and prompt. He was there in less than a half hour, made me feel reassured over the phone that he knew right where we were and he wud be there very shortly:) He also knew from the insurance call that he would be towing me and my boyfriend and my car all the way Home, he never once acted “put out” he was professional and sweet offering us cookies that were home made:) He knew that we were both very exhausted from the events and made us feel comfortable and held some good conversation with us to try and get our minds off of the accident, also saying to us things like “I’m glad ur all ok” u can replace a car but not people. John is a great guy and loves helping people and loves his job! Thank you John! Bless you!
