Awesome service! Great prices!! Did I mention awesome service? Stopped in to 3 cycle gear shops on the way home from a California road trip and had great experiences with all, I really wish we had the service, variety and shops here in Canada but I am more than happy to troll shops while road tripping down south. Went in looking for a type of motorcycle gear I wanted but didn’t know a lot about. Bobby was very knowledgeable. It’s refreshing getting service from people that care and learn about the products in their store. I’ve only had good experiences with the associates at Cycle Gear in Tacoma. But… the “customers” sometimes suck.

The Cycle Gear store in Tacoma, WA. is a very nice store with an exceptionally friendly and professional staff. I drove over an hour to visit this store and was impressed.. The store is well stocked with a wide variety of helmets; riding clothing, gloves, safety gear, parts and accessories. The only section that I can personally say that I wished had a wider variety of product and selection is that of the riding boots and shoes. Given store size I recognize the constraints to this and the store does offer an ordering process but that is the only area that I wish could have been better. Don't get me wrong, the in-house selection of boots included offerings from the top manufacturers, but just not a wide variety. Beyond my critique of the boot section, that does not change the fact that this is a good store. Product pricing is comparable to others and I think overall the profesional, friendly and knowledgeable staff is what sets this store apart from other like merchants.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
