I bought a car here yesterday and the staff were up front, polite and very attentive. Frank was my main salesperson and he was very helpful. They did not play games, as I’ve experienced at a few other dealerships. The transaction felt straightened and transparent. I also appreciated that throughout the different steps of the purchase, they didn’t leave me just sitting there - they communicated well. Every 5 to 10 minutes I would receive an update on what was happening. Overall very satisfied with buying a car at this dealership.

I was pleased with the service that was provided by South Tacoma Honda. I actually arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. They still took my car in. This was definitely a great service experience from start to finish. I was even more pleased with the video from my tech. He sent me a video of everything he checked out and showed how dirty my cabin filter and the air filter were. I think that is an A+ touch to the service. I am no stranger to turning wrenches on cars. AWESOME service! I’ve gone to this location for my past 2 cars, they never let you down. If your needing a car, ask for (Tim Allen) cause he is your guy! I had the most positive experience working with him to find my second vehicle. He listened to my needs and didn’t try to force me into something I didn’t want. He was patient, attentive, and just all over amazing! I couldn’t be more thankful for the help I received. His customer service skills were spot on and more car dealerships need people like him.
