This was my first time buying a new car, and I had a super smooth and great experience! From the moment I arrived, Robert took care of me! He listened to my needs in a car, and answered all of my questions in a way that made sense and made me feel like I knew what I was getting myself into. He was the only salesman I talked to that day (after visiting 3 other dealerships) who offered me a test drive, which solidified my choice in the 2023 Kia Sportage. He stayed at the dealership for 3 hours after close while it was getting my financing wrapped up with Harold! Harold, one of the finance managers, also took exceptional care of me! He also had to stay 3 hours after close to get me taken care of, which showed me that he really takes his job seriously. I enjoyed my entire experience from start to finish. Thank you ☺️

My wife and I got our cars here. Jesse Christian our salesman was a new employee and a few days/weeks he either quit or was fired then after that I called the dealership a few times regarding my spare key which was not delivered when I bought my car. Went to the dealership a few times to get it and no one knew anything about it, not even about Jesse…and they wanted me to pay for the spare key. I purchased my car and my wife’s cars in October since then I haven’t get a call or anything regarding the spare key. I live in north Seattle and don’t want to keep driving to Tacoma regarding something that it’s not even my fault! The last time I went to the dealership the manager was off and one of the staff told me they would handle it next day with the manager and work on having the key delivered to me. I got a message days later saying I could go and pick it up the key on my own. They promised something that they’re not willing to do! Besides the fact that the paperwork wasn’t handled properly and I needed to go there at least twice to sign a few pages again. Also I bought the premium package of maintenance and never got a call to perform the special treatments my car should get, including a special seat protection. Go purchase your car here, they will treat you well until you sign the papers after that you’re on your own! Definitely not recommending this place to anyone I know! The worst thing is after posting this review the manager replied asking me to email him, not even bothered to pick up the phone and call…costumer service here is terrible! *updating: I went to every single bad reviews in here and emailed the staff which email address I could find on the replies and no one ever responded! I would give negative stars if I could. This place is a joke!
