You don't need a permit to camp, but you do need one to climb. In all likelyhood they are sold out. If any are available they will be through recreation.gov. https://www.recreation.gov/permits/4675309

Nw forest pass or 5$ self issued at the lot. You can hike everything under 4000 ft without a permit but you'll need one to climb and you have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting your hands on one this late in the game. But i believe there's a website called purmit that people can offer up one's they don't use but that might not work with the new system.
