I would like to refuse my package. Can I bring package to center?

Not at all

If you already accepted the package, it is unlikely. If you had drop off no signature required then maybe, if you are refusing due to damaged packaging, unopened. If you opened the package, I believe you would only have a case if you paid for insurance on your shipment. I can not promise these are perfectly correct, but a good start. The only guarantee you can get is to go in and try.
