Hawk and Kerry are incredible. Beyond "above and beyond"! I've had lens changes consistently for almost a year now due to a medical issue and they've helped me, found uncommon solutions, and gone far beyond any expectation I would have had for normal service. Absolutely talented at their work, and also just truly kind and compassionate humans. I am deeply grateful and appreciative of every interaction I've had with them. I can't give enough stars for their work. Someone at Pearle give those two massive raises, they are invaluable employees and should be treated like it!

My first time going to pearl vision and I had such a great experience. Tara the eye doctor assistant that took me in first was so funny and you can see how much she loves her job. Dr.Kim is awesome very knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable and does so much to make sure you get the right prescription for your eyes. Jazmyne was also great she helped me pick out my glasses and was very professional made me feel welcomed and also cleaned and fixed my current glasses! Great customer service great service in general will definitely recommend and be back!

You will go in for an exam, when you make an appointment. Then pick out which glasses you like. It will take a couple weeks to get your new glasses with your particular prescription lenses.

Thank you Joanne for responding. You are correct that the store associates are trained to install the lenses. It is possible that something was not initially tightened and can be easily fixed. Joanne is also correct that there are guarantees as we want you to be satisfied with your glasses. Fernando please reach out to the store manager Kerry and she will be sure you are taken care of.
Our Pearle Vision does take Carecredit Pat! Our doctors offices are independently owned and some may take this form of payment where others may not. I would suggest to reach out directly to the doctors offices but can assure you that the eyeglass side of the business definitely will be able to work with that.
