Thank you Joanne for responding. You are correct that the store associates are trained to install the lenses. It is possible that something was not initially tightened and can be easily fixed. Joanne is also correct that there are guarantees as we want you to be satisfied with your glasses. Fernando please reach out to the store manager Kerry and she will be sure you are taken care of.
No I've not heard of that but often the people in the store can reinstall. They are just cut to fit and pop in there might be an adjustment that could be tighten. I'm sure they will fix them if you ask. That's usually the people who do the lenses but it not to big a deal to fix. They have a guarantee/warranty too.
