I’ve been seeing Kelsey for my facials, and she has completely transformed my skin! I first started seeing her when I was experiencing horrible acne from wearing masks all the time. I was honestly shocked at how quickly my skin started to improve. I could see a major difference after just my very first facial with her, and it’s only gotten better since! I love that she answers any questions I have, explains what she’s doing as she goes, and suggests take-home products that work well for my skin. I also recently started seeing her for my waxes, and she does the quickest and least painful Brazilian I’ve EVER had! I absolutely cannot recommend her enough!

I don’t usually write reviews for places, but wow this salon is amazing!! Great customer service walking in and walking out 😊 Huge shout out to Kaitlyn—such a sweet gal and she does wonders with my hair every time. I have always bounced from salon to salon because my previous stylists over the years have not cut my hair like Kaitlyn does. She trims my layers and face framing so beautifully! I have never felt confident with my hair until I found LUX last year. ♥️

I had been growing out my eyebrows because the person who had waxed them about a year ago took way too much off and messed up my brows. I specifically told the staff @ Lux this, and asked her to please not wax certain parts, as I was clearly trying to grow my brows back out after they had been previously wrecked. Well, she didn’t listen and totally wrecked my eyebrows, yet again. I’m so embarrassed and have had to severely color in my eyebrows every single day because there is such a large chunk missing from both brows! She also charged me $25 to dye my brows while I was there and it only lasted for 2 days and wasn’t even done correctly! It looked like I had let my 8 year old color my brows with a brown crayon. The staff obviously made this suggestion after she has totally screwed up my brows and was trying to find a way where I wouldn’t notice as much. I am so upset and irritated that an entire year of growing my brows back in was ruined thanks to Lux and one of it’s negligent employees. I will absolutely never return to Lux and I suggest you don’t either.

I visited Lux for the first time today and could not be happier with my experience! I have curly hair and Jaqui not only provided me with a great hair cut and style, but she also gave me plenty of tips for curly hair in general. She was kind, professional, and fun to chat with! I have already made my next appointment with her! Highly recommend Lux.
